Competition Rules
This lucky draw competition commences on 10 December 2008 and closes on 31 January 2009.
Only SA residents who are 18 or older may enter the lucky draw competition.
1 Lucky winner will receive a Woolworths shopping voucher worth R500.
Prizewinners cannot exchange the prize for cash.
The winner/s will be drawn randomly on 15 February 2008 and will be notified telephonically.
Prizewinners may be required to participate in future publicity and Prizewinners’ details will be published in The Bridge.
Quince Property Finance (Pty) Ltd shall have the sole discretion to appoint the judge(s) who will make the lucky draw. The decision of the competition judge(s) is final and binding on entrants and no correspondence will be entertained.
No multiple entries are allowed.
Quince Property Finance (Pty) Ltd reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of any value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend these Competition Rules or cancel the competition without notice.
Directors, employees and agents/consultants of the Adato Group of Companies, their spouses/life partners, parents and children are excluded from entering this competition. “Adato Group of Companies” refers to Quince Property Finance (Pty) Limited, Adato Capital Holdings Limited and Adato Scripfin (Pty) Ltd.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Competition Rules by participating in this competition.
